01Scope of This Policy
This Policy covers two kinds of information: (1) information we collect about visitors to this website and prospective clients who contact us; and (2) information NKX Systems may process on behalf of a client as part of a delivered CRM, automation, or AI system ("Client System Data"). Client System Data is governed primarily by the data handling terms in that client's service agreement and by the privacy policy of the business operating the system — NKX Systems acts as a service provider / processor for that data, not as the party collecting it from the end customer.

We do not use the personal information you submit through this website to train third-party foundation models beyond what each AI provider's own standard terms allow for the tools we use operationally.

06AI Processing Disclosure
Some inquiries, communications, or engagement data may be processed by artificial intelligence tools — for example, to help route an inquiry, draft a response, or power an AI agent or voice system built for a client. Where this occurs, the underlying AI provider processes that data under its own data handling terms. We do not knowingly submit sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers, health information, or financial account numbers) to AI systems as part of routine website operations.
07Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell personal information.
